Thank you for your interest in Clara Larson Photography. I look forward to the opportunity to help capture the big and little moments in your life. As a mother of five, I know how quickly life’s moments become a distant memory. Photography is my way to help make those moments become lasting memories.

My journey with photography started as a young teen, nurtured by my grandmother, Clara Larson. My parents bought me my first real camera, with a zoom lense, during a trip to New York to see the Thanksgiving Day Parade. From that point, I was utterly infatuated with the artistry of photography. Such as it is in life, everyone can look through the same lense but see something completely different. I couldn’t wait to show people what I saw!

I started with 35mm film and spent a summer at Mass College of Art learning the intricacies of black and white film and how to develop it. I would often go on excursions just to photograph nature and would use my babysitting money to develop my film, excited to see which photographs turned out the way I had hoped. If only my younger self knew that digital photography would transform that wait and the way in which I can create art with my photography.  I am forever a student of this art and I now have the opportunity to take this passion and turn it into my business.

I’d love to show you what I see through my camera lense.

Take Care
